Planning on behalf of a couple?Can we plan our wedding from abroad?
Yes. Preparation is handled in English or French, directly with you and your wedding planner. Start by sharing your date, venue, guest count and the parts of the celebration you would like Nicolas to cover.
How do we prepare ceremony music and the party?
Your must-plays, do-not-plays and guest profile set the direction. Ceremony cues, speeches and the first dance should be discussed during preparation; the dancefloor set is then shaped live around your guests.
Are sound and lighting included?
Your proposal specifies the agreed scope: a DJ performance only, or a wider service with sound, microphones and lighting. Nicolas coordinates technical requirements with your venue and planner to suit each space and moment of your wedding. Please also share any timings and sound restrictions provided by your venue.
Can we add the Vinyl Bar or live musicians?
The Vinyl Bar can accompany cocktail hour or a welcome gathering. Selected live artists can also be proposed on request, depending on the project and availability. These options are identified separately from the DJ performance in your proposal.
